this is flat out unreal. unconscionable.
a dutch reality tv show is running a one time episode of a dying woman (she has a brain tumor) choosing the recipeint of the kidney she is planning on donating to one of three people with kidney failure. like "dancing with the stars" or "american idol". viewers are even invited to "text in" and give their opinions.
i have given you my opinion...what's yours?

That is HORRIBLE!!! When Jason died he was an organ donor and I think even if he had the chance to choose who got his organs he wouldn't have chosen the ones God did. Like most people waiting on organs could die on the list, so by the time you choose you may die or the other person may. Another way of trying to be God? We know I will not be watching that!
It makes me ill that anyone would consider this "entertainment"!!
The choosing of donor recipients is a weighty responsibility and should be left to those whom God has placed in charge of it...the hospital donor boards...Life is NOT a game.

I don't know if that makes me feel any better...it reads as if they were promoting the show as real and then later near the end would reveal it was a hoax...it's still in poor taste.
