"it's a press on tattoo!"

so i want another tattoo - something commemorative of the last year and of aly & zoe. but i am back to the same problem i had before... i want it somewhere i can see it, and somewhere i can show it off, but somewhere small and discreet, too. so complicated! plus, i have no idea what i want! so i am thinking thinking...

these are my top three so far: stars, an alpha/omega (symbolic of a - z), or a family tree (i kind of like the tree - i could add some fruits to it to symbolize them)...

How about an alpha and an omega?

that's what curtis suggested... do you think it's sacrilegious?

no not sacreligious ... it would be a double entendre ... smile
and you could put it on your ankle ... or your big toe ... or your right bicept ... a big muscular thing, The only thing with alpha / omega is that it isn't feminine ... you might want something with more scroll, flourish, or you might just want something mighty, which you well deserve.

I like the tree.... just not that tree. Something with a bit more of a flourish maybe? Anyway, I think I like it because it symbolizes your entire family really. Besides isn't your other tattoo of palm trees? You could have a bit of a forested theme going. :o)

i like the stars the best. i got my tattoo on the inside of my ankle, right above were most of my shoes come to. this way you can still see it with shoes on, yet its not the first thing people see. just a thought!

YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT YOU ARE NOT GETTING A TIGER ON YOUR LEFT BREAST!

Actually, I have always been a fan of the alpha and omega tatt.

That is my vote.

hugs.

If you have the family tree... you need four hearts on it ... your two and two more.

The Alpha & Omega tat is a little... um... I think the words, "lame and contrived" come to mind. Also, KNOW WHAT YOUR TATTOOS MEAN BEFORE THEY END UP ON YOUR BODY! I'm referring to the stars: star tattoos symbolize pagan goddess worship. Do you want pagan goddess tattoos? My advice is to get two of something... two little raspberries, or two handprints, or two caterpillars, or two math problems... ("If Aly is on a train going 45 miles per hour, and Zoe is on a train going 30 miles per hour...").

Why not look at this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labarum
This shows you the "Labarum" symbol (it also explains it-b/c I didn't know what it was) and below it is a picture of a strong, yet feminine version of it with the Alpha and Omega inside...you could also add 2 stars or 2 hearts to the inside of the under the Alpha and Omega to represent your girls. I just thought the meaning of the Labarum was interesting, powerful and strong...and the sketch below it more feminine and meaningful. But hey, it's your tatoo...
